Job Description - BPO Planning & Scheduling Senior Associate

\u2022 Determines queue personnel needs during times of heavy call volume.\n\n\u2022 Provides schedules for contact centers to ensure maximum performance.\n\n\u2022 Forecasts daily contact and technician availability.\n\n\u2022 Monitors incoming queues and ensures technicians are available for support.\n\n\u2022 Responds to contact center routing and tool outages and other business continuity and recovery\n\n(BCRP) events.\n\n\u2022 Monitors queue to determine appropriate resource allocation to meet service level goals.\n\n\u2022 Analyzes and escalates issues that may impact the business\u2019\n
