• Performance Management of trainees
• Guide, mentor and motivate trainees to meet their targets for each training phase
• Monitor and maintain performance reports of trainees on a regular basis
• Conduct regular feedback sessions
• Implement need-based training on an as-needed basis in coordination with other departments
• Late evening shifts, night shifts (which would change as per the requirement).
• Learn and train new technologies and explore new opportunities.

Job Type: Full-time Hybrid

Salary: up to Php 30,000.00 per month
