Drop your CV now! As a quoting support specialist, you help our clients product operations team organize telecom carrier quotes on its online portal. You also handle multiple tasks focused on quoting and contracting with our clients telecom carrier partners. How You Spend Your Eight Hours

  • Use the Lightyear platform to manage telecom carrier quotes
  • Gather data from various sources to initiate the quoting process
  • Enter data into a carrier's contract request forms with the utmost accuracy
  • Cooperate with team members to ensure the timely completion of all requests
  • Collaborate with the team to maintain accurate records and data
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and carriers
  • Support other ad hoc tasks around quoting and contracting

What You Must Possess

  • Experience working in a similar role
  • Familiarity with data entry and spreadsheet software
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately enter data
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
