ROLE Reporting to the Treasury Officer this position:

Handles daily payment and collection transactions. Validates official receipts and releases related to the customers. Prepares daily collection reports. Safe keeping of cash collections.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Receives payments for vehicles, parts, accessories and services rendered in for vehicle repairs and maintenance, as well as cash payments for other items.
• Verifies payments reflected on
• Vehicle Release Order prior to the release of new vehicles.
• Accounts for daily collections.
• Prepares daily Collection Report. Controls of release of blank Official Receipts (ORS) and Provisional Receipts (PRs).Maintains change fund, administers cash and check collections and transmit out-of-fund check to the bank.
• Collates charge slips of card companies and prepares Sales Summary Sheets.
• Segregates and transmits all documents to different Department pertaining to daily collection transaction. Handles and maintains Petty Cash Fund including LTO Fund and Petty Cash Fund. Controls and monitors issuance of Temporary Cash Advances. Summarizes Petty Cash Vouchers (PCVs) and prepares Request for Check Preparation (RCPs) for Petty Cash Fund replenishment.
