Job Description - Branch Cashier/Admin.
Responsibilities include:•Receiving payments from customers/clients and providing change if necessary•Matching and verification of price relative to services performed•Data entry of payments in the system (paper-based or ERP/POS software)•Creation and issuance of official receipts when needed•Safekeeping and depositing of cash from sales•Reconciliation and reporting of cash and sales at end of each operating day•Recording of operating expenses and filing of documents•Handling of non-institutional purchases for operations•Taking care of shipping or transportation bookings•Performing administrative tasks for team (i.e. application of prepaid cards for new hires)Qualifications:•With at least a Vocational Degree or Short Course Certificate (2 years college undergraduate may be considered)• Preferably with Bachelor's Degree in a related course•At least 2 years experience as cashier or any position with cash handling responsibilities•Open and willing to work on weekends•Work experience in an automotive company is an advantage but not required•Computer-literate – skilled in basic Excel and Word•Knowledgeable in basic internet use – E-mail, Search, Social Media•Proficient in both basic conversational Filipino and English•Very detail-oriented and organized with work and tasks•Humble, team-player and can work with different personalities•Willing to be trained and loves to learn•Able to handle constructive feedback and act upon it•Comfortable with regularly talking to people, with natural habit/propensity to smile•Must possess strong moral character and integrity – honest and trustworthyOpportunities•Will receive additional training and guidance in Customer Service and Operations•Opportunity to contribute to the growth and enjoy the success of the company through her work•Will receive guidance and mentoring direct from the company founder•Opportunity for added skills training given necessary tenure, experience and performanceCompensation Plan:Salary - probationary period: Php12,000 a monthSalary - when regularized: Php15,000 a monthSales Incentive: When total team target is achieved, amount to be determined and discussed by management
