Branch Head for Bank

Octal Philippines Inc. is looking for a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager for our Bank to lead and manage the daily operations of the branch. This role involves driving sales performance, enhancing customer relationships, and ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing staff, developing training programs, and implementing strategies to increase the branch’s profitability while maintaining exceptional service standards.

• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Skills:
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of banking regulations and compliance.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to drive sales and develop customer relationships.
• Experience:
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the banking or financial services industry, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.
• Experience in branch operations and customer service management.
