  Position Title: Branch Head 

Job Summary:

• Process and interpret information to derive meaningful insights, make informed decisions, and leverage insights to think creatively and explore unconventional solutions.


• Identify and contact potential customers in order to generate new business


• Persuade potential customers to purchase products or services


• Build connections with customers and lay the foundation for trust


• Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities


• Understand and use modern technology effectively

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Banking & Finance, Economics, or any related field


• Master’s degree or relevant post- graduate studies is as advantage


• Certifications in sales, leadership, or banking operations are preferred but not required


• Minimum of ten (10) years of progressive experience in banking, including at least five (5) years in a managerial or supervisory role within branch operations


• Proven track record in sales generation, client relationship management, and team leadership


• Experience in overseeing full branch operations. Including customer service, compliance, and operational risk management
