Branch Manager - BANK

As the Branch Manager for Dasmariñas Cavite at Octal Philippines Inc., you will be responsible for leading and managing the branch's daily operations to ensure excellent service delivery and operational efficiency. Your primary focus will be on achieving sales goals, enhancing customer experiences, and cultivating a positive working environment for your team. You will also ensure compliance with all banking regulations and company policies while driving strategic initiatives to grow the branch's market presence.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Skills: 
• Proven leadership and people management skills.
• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
• In-depth understanding of banking products and services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
• Experience: 
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the banking or financial services industry, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
