Octal Philippines Inc. is looking for an experienced Branch Manager - BANKS to lead our branch to new heights. In this role, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, achieving sales goals, and ensuring exceptional customer service. • Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Skills:
• Strong leadership and management skills.

• Solid understanding of banking operations and compliance regulations.
• Proficient in sales strategies and customer relationship management.
• Experience:
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the banking industry, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in branch management, sales, and team development.
