Branch Operations Head

Role:

The BRANCH OPERATIONS HEAD is primarily responsible for the overall operations of Branch Operations, Cash Management, Centralized Clearing and Branch Support Services. Ensures all operations are in compliant to existing Bank Policies and Procedures, Government Rules and Regulations, particularly BSP and AMLA; and, fully meet Banks Customer Satisfaction in servicing all their banking needs.

4. Centralized Clearing Unit Management

5. Cash Management Unit

6. Administrative and other functions

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Accountancy, Business Administration, Management, Finance, Economics, or any similar discipline is required for this position.
• Masters degree in Business Administration, or any similar discipline, is an advantage.
• At least 5-10 years experience in Branch Banking Operations in a managerial capacity.

• Location: Cebu
• Work Setup: Full onsite- 8:30 AM 5:30 PM
