Branch Sales Officer (Bank)

The position is composed of 2 roles. Real Estate Mortgage (REM) loan officer and Branch Manager focused on deposit generation.

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• At least 3 years of proven experience in sales and marketing within the banking industry.
• Open to candidate with extensive experience in branch banking operations.
• Experience in fieldwork, new client, and client management is required.
• Strong selling and negotiation skills; preference will be given to candidates with an active client portfolio in the designated areas.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, resilience, and a proactive, results-oriented approach.
• Must be willing to be assigned in Pasig, Dasma, and Trece Martires.
