Job Description

• Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to drive business growth and brand awareness
• Conduct market research and consumer insights to inform brand decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement brand initiatives
• Manage the brand's visual identity, including logos, color schemes, and typography
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines and standards
• Monitor and analyze brand performance, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies
• Manage the brand's social media presence and online reputation
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns
• Provide brand guidance and support to internal stakeholders

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or a related field
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing brand strategies
• Experience in market research, consumer insights, and competitive analysis
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in marketing software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite and Google Analytics
• Ability to think strategically and creatively
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
