Brand Officer

About the Role

The Brand Officer executes the brand's overall brand strategy, campaigns, and activities, ensuring that it aligns with the current brand guidelines and the organizations’ business objectives. 

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing & Brand Strategy
   1. Develop and execute key brand initiatives, ensuring all campaigns align with business objectives and market insights.
   2. Help manage the annual brand activity calendar and ensure all activities are executed as planned.
2. Brand Experience
   1. Execute brand consistency across all customer touchpoints, ensuring a cohesive and positive experience.
   2. Translate brand strategy into tactical briefs for marketing campaigns and creative projects, and execute as such.
   3. Drive efforts to build brand equity and customer loyalty.
3. Performance Analysis
   1. Track and measure the effectiveness of all brand campaigns and strategies, using data to make recommendations that optimize revenue.
4. Budget & Finance
   1. Monitor spending to ensure efficient resource allocation and provide regular financial reports to management.
5. Team & People Leadership
   1. Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), conduct performance reviews, and foster a collaborative, high-performing environment.
   2. Ensure compliance of self to company policies.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration
   1. Serve as a key liaison between the brand team and other departments, including finance, operations, branch managers, and external partners, to ensure seamless project execution.

Education: Graduate of a 4-year college course in Marketing, Management, or other related courses

Experience: At least 3-5 years of work experience

Capabilities: Able to develop and enforce brand guidelines, develop campaigns, provide data

analysis, generate consumer insights, and execute on-ground. Knowledge of MS

Office applications (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and PowerBI, basic knowledge of CRM tools and

applications, knowledge of Mac applications are a plus.
