Broker Sales Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Source and accredit licensed brokers to promote Filinvest projects
• Serves as a point of reference between Filinvest Land, Inc. and accredited brokers Assists accredited brokers on how to best promote the company properties to attract advantageous offers
• Mediate the dealings between brokers and buyers ensuring good conduct and the honest exchange of information towards a beneficial understanding.
• Conceptualize and organize marketing activities/events for accredited brokers 
• Plans/proposes incentive programs to entice brokers attract more brokers to join the team and generate more sales for the existing ones 
• Oversee accredited brokers marketing activities to ensure sales target is achieved.
• Oversees the performance of brokers 
• Perform other tasks as maybe required.

Qualifications:

• With at least 4years experience with real estate, preferably sales and marketing

• Capable in handling big team
• At least supervisory level from previous company.
• With good network of Brokers.
