Job Description - Broker Sales Manager

Company: Filinvest Offices

Work Location: Alabang/daily onsite

Job Summary: Ensure implementation of all planned activities to achieve the set annual target. Management of the sales force to ensure delivery of the projected sales of the Management Group.


KEY FUNCTIONS/DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

SALES ACHIEVEMENT

  • Sustain the Brokers' Sales target, net of forfeiture. Sales target is based on what is set by the Management group to achieve in the given year. It requires 50% of time and effort to achieve.

SALES GROWTH

  • Ensure the achievement of a positive growth rate compared to Last Year's performance. Since there is a yearly increase in the Management Group's sales target, it is mandatory to also achieve higher than last year's performance. It requires monitoring in order to exert more effort on number 1.

COST-TO-SALES RATIO

  • Maintain at least .20% Cost-to-Sales ratio based on annual salary of the sales personnel working on the projects. The basis of the computation is annual compensation over qualified sales. It is dependent on the achievement of no. 1 key function

PRODUCTIVITY

  • Attain the number of required brokers and sellers based on the designed sales performance level Broker refers to the accredited licensed broker selling for the projects offered by the Management Group.
  • Sellers are the identified Sales Agents per project focus to attain the assigned target

RECRUITMENT

  • Ensure to recruit the required standard number of broker network and sellers in a year.
  • Each Sales team must recruit at least 12 new licensed broker in a year.

ACTIVATION

  • Maintain a minimum number of activated brokers and sellers. Activated brokers/ sellers are those first time sellers for the Management Group. Each Sales team must activate at least 6 new brokers in a year.

Education & Experience:

  • Graduate of any Business Courses, Bachelor's degree
  • Real estate Training and education programs
  • Preferably Real Estate Licensed Broker
  • At least 6-year experience in Broker Sales Management 365
