Broker Support Trainee

ESC Corporation is hiring for Three (3) Broker Support Trainees!!!
Full-Time On-site at Robinsons Equitable Tower (Ortigas Center, Pasig)
Monday to Friday; 6:00AM to 3:00PM PH Time.

Qualifications: 
• at least 1-year BPO Experience (Fresh Graduates are also encouraged to apply!!!)
• Confident spoken and written English communication skills.
• A positive attitude and outgoing personality.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry trends.

Trainee Duties and Responsibilities: 
Data Entry:
• Ensure accuracy of data entry, and compliance with service levels. Application Processing:
• Assist mortgage brokers in gathering necessary documentation from clients.
• Prepare and submit mortgage applications to lending institutions.

Client Communication and Service:
• Act as a point of contact for clients, providing updates on the status of their mortgage applications.
• Address client inquiries and assist in resolving issues.
• Ensure delivery of exceptional service standards to all clients.

File Management:
• Organize and maintain client files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding documents or information.

Lender and Partner Liaison:
• Communicate with lending institutions and other partners to facilitate a smooth mortgage approval and settlement process.

Training and Development:
• Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on mortgage industry policies, trends, and best practices.
