Brokerage Head

Qualification:

• 4 years Graduate in BS Customs Administration
• Minimum 2 years experience in Brokerage; with background in Customer Service & at least 2 years supervisory experience.
• Willing to assign in Paranaque City

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Determine KPI in BOC processing liquidation, and other related works in brokerage operation.
• Provide guidance to Account officer and Processor in order to meet the schedule of releasing.
• Improve the operational system, procedures and policies in support of organizations mission – specifically, support better management reporting and organizational planning.
• Monitor shipment status and provide timely update to account officer.
• Assigns work, sets completion dates, reviews performance of shipping and customs processors in accordance with organizational policies, procedures and performance management processes.
• Knowledgeable computing duties and taxes
• Knowledgeable lodgement
• Develops and maintains excellent service to internal and external customers.
• Generate operation reports for management as needed.
• Monitors cargo pick-up, container delivery, processing of documents and transfer of cargo to airline’s assigned bonded warehouse.
• Performs other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
