Brokerage Senior Supervisor

Team Leaders/Supervisors (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics)

- 4 years Graduate in BS Customs Administration

- License Customs Broker

- Minimum 5 yrs experience in Brokerage; with background in Customer Service & at least 2yrs supervisory experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Determine KPI in BOC processing of impex, bring in, liquidation, and other related works in brokerage operation.

· Provide guidance to Account officer and Processor in order to meet the schedule of releasing.

· Improve the operational system, procedures and policies in support of organizations mission – specifically, support better management reporting and organizational planning.

· Monitor shipment status and provide timely update to account officer.

· Assigns work, sets completion dates, reviews performance of shipping and customs processors in accordance with organizational policies, procedures and performance management processes.

· Develops and maintains excellent service to internal and external customers.

· Coordinate with Brokerage and Forwarding Manager regarding operation issues, concerns and promotional activities.

· Generate operation reports for management as needed.

• Monitors cargo pick-up, container delivery, processing of documents and transfer of cargo to airline’s assigned bonded warehouse.
• Performs other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
