BU Operator

Perform specific back-end semiconductor manufacturing functions in the production of semiconductor devices

  Operate test equipment and test stations for BU‑assigned products

  Execute testing according to approved test programs, flows, and SOPs

  Load, unload, and process production, engineering, and qualification lots accurately

  Ensure correct lot identification, traceability, and quantity control

  Perform basic visual inspection and handling checks before and after test

  Monitor test execution and escalate abnormal results, alarms, or yield issues

  Record test results, lot movement, and status accurately in manufacturing systems

  Support BU engineers during engineering lots, correlations, and validation runs

  Maintain ESD discipline, safety compliance, and clean work area (5S)

  Adhere to BU priorities, quality requirements, and production schedules

Graduate of a 2-year Technical course or Senior High School, or completed at least 2 years in college
