Budget Associate

Job Summary:

Budget Report Update and Management Reporting.

Job Description:

Annual Budgeting and Mid-year Forecasting: 

• Assist in the preparation of annual budget template.
• Assist in the gathering and consolidation of budget.
• Assist in the preparation and finalization of Financial Statement (FS) budget (Income Statement, Balance Sheet and Cash Flows).
• Assist in the preparation and finalization of all budget schedules

Budget Monitoring:

• Monitor actual CAPEX, Marketing, Travel and Operating Expenses versus budget.

Consolidation and Management Reporting:

• Assist in the monthly consolidation of Financial Statements.
• Perform variance analysis.
• Prepare sub-schedules to be used in management reporting.
• Coordinate with Department Heads for the materials used in Mancom and Excom report.
• Collaborate with General Accounting counterpart for Income Statement, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet, and other schedules that are needed for the FS consolidation and variance analysis.
• Consolidate slides/reports for Mancom and Excom reporting.

Job Qualifications:

• Graduate of bachelor's degree in Accountancy
• With at least 6 months to 1 year working experience in Accounting
• Proficient in MS Applications
• Willing to be assigned in Alabang, Muntinlupa
