Business Analyst

Overview 

We are seeking a proactive and analytical Business Analyst to help drive innovation and digital transformation across internal and client-facing platforms. The successful candidate will serve as a key liaison between business units and technical teams, ensuring smooth delivery of projects involving data systems, automation, and AI-powered tools. 

Responsibilities 

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. 

• Map and optimize business processes to identify areas for automation and AI integration. 

• Translate business needs into functional specifications, process models, and workflow documentation. 

• Support planning and execution of system migrations, integrations, and custom development initiatives. 

• Work closely with automation specialists and developer to design, test, and refine workflow automations and AI agent solutions. 

• Assist in developing and maintaining structured documentation, including user guides, SOPs, and change logs. 

• Monitor project milestones, facilitate communication, and support agile sprint planning and retrospectives. 

• Maintain comprehensive documentation including process flows, SOPs, testing protocols, and training materials. 

• Support migration and interoperability efforts involving Microsoft Access, databases, and third-party systems using ODBC. 

Qualifications 

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field. 

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in a technology-driven environment. 

AI Literacy: 

• Experience working with AI/ML concepts, especially AI agents and large language models (e.g., GPT, Claude). 

• Understanding of how AI can be integrated into business processes (e.g., task automation, chatbots, decision support). 

Automation Tools: 

• Experience working with tools like n8n, Zapier, or Make, especially in designing and deploying logic-based workflows. 

• Process Modeling: 

• Proficiency in creating business process diagrams using tools like Lucidchart, Visio, or BPMN standards. 

Systems Thinking: 

• Ability to interpret system architecture and integration flows, and support interoperability between APIs and databases. 

• Communication: 

• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively liaise with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 

Desirable: 

• Exposure to agent orchestration frameworks such as LangChain or AutoGPT. 

• Strong understanding of prompt engineering and LLM capabilities. 

• Knowledge of data privacy, security, and ethical considerations in AI-enabled environments.
