Job Description - Business Analyst

Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for ERP system improvements.
Design and implement ERP solutions to meet business requirements.
Collaborate with various departments to gather and document technical requirements.
Troubleshoot and resolve ERP system issues.
Provide training and support to ERP system users.
Maintain and update system documentation.
Perform regular system audits to ensure data integrity and security.
Stay updated with the latest ERP technologies and trends.
Develop and execute test plans to ensure system functionality.
Coordinate with vendors and external consultants for system upgrades and enhancements.
Monitor system performance and implement optimizations as needed.
Ensure ERP system compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Assist in the development of ERP-related policies and procedures.
Participate in ERP system implementation projects.
Provide technical support during ERP system upgrades and migrations.

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in ERP system analysis and implementation.
Strong understanding of business processes and ERP systems.
Proficiency in ERP software such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with system documentation and user training.
Knowledge of SQL and database management.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
Familiarity with data security and compliance standards.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Willingness to stay updated with the latest ERP technologies and trends.
