Meet the team: The Business Transformation Project Management team is comprised of diverse, collaborative and results-driven program and project managers. A key part of the Global Business Services function of Dexcom, the delivers value to customers and internal stakeholders through the delivery of programs and projects that support the execution of strategy at a global, regional or functional level. Where you come in: You will be responsible for analyzing business processes, systems, data, and capabilities, and making improvement recommendations based on global best practices like Business Analysis (BA) and Business Systems Analysis (BSA). You will collaborate with various corporate functions, business units, and project teams, including internal and external stakeholders, to understand business needs and requirements, using diverse analysis tools to provide insights and analytics. You will be creating and presenting current and future business process, system and data flows, mappings and diagrams using the best practice techniques like BPMN, flowchart or workflow diagram methods You will conduct thorough requirements gathering, asking the right questions to stakeholders, including project sponsors, business unit managers, subject matter experts, and power users. Employs various methods, including unstructured and structured interviews, prepared documents or questionnaires, document review, observation, and showback or prototyping. You will translate business and technical requirements and user stories and acceptance criteria, ensuring common understanding across various teams You will validate and confirm responses, ensuring no room for misinterpretation after requirements gathering You will collaborate with managers and architects and establish partnerships across functional teams to ensure a deep understanding of business goals. You will support the Program/Project Manager and team in BA/BSA activities, including facilitating discovery sessions, gathering requirements, translating them into user stories, creating test scenarios, managing testing, and ensuring solutions meet business requirements and quality standards. What makes you successful: You have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, and relevant certifications (IIBA Certification; Certification of Capability in Business Analysis (CCBA) or Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) You have at least 5 years of experience as a business analyst (in ERP systems, e.g. Salesforce, Oracle, SAP preferred) You are able to read, write and interpret business requirements documents, user stories, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. You exhibit interpersonal, team building, and communication skills, showcasing executive presence with demonstrated ability to manage diverse stakeholders. You demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an agile mindset. You are comfortable with change and working in uncertain or ambiguous conditions. You are committed to professional excellence, as well as personal and professional growth. You are comfortable in using a variety of project management and business analyst tools and software.
