Role Overview
A Business Analyst role focused on data mapping, data structures, and system integration. The role works with business users, architects, and developers to understand business data, map it across systems, and document how it should be structured for integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business and data requirements.
• Identify and map data structures across existing and new systems.
• Analyze business objects, data relationships, and conceptual data models.
• Create data models, conceptual diagrams, and integration documentation.
• Work with developers and business teams to clarify data requirements and resolve gaps.
• Support system/data integration and data migration projects.
• Help maintain the Enterprise Architecture repository and application portfolio.
• Provide guidance/training on accessing and using data systems.

Required Qualifications

• 5–8 years of Business Analysis or similar analytical experience.
• 3+ years of architecture-related experience.
• Experience with data modeling and data/system integration.
• Familiarity with data governance.
• Experience using architecture/data modeling tools.
• Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder interview skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
• High attention to data accuracy and detail.
• Able to work independently.
