Business Analyst (Healthcare Projects)

Pointwest is looking for a Business Analyst to join our Healthcare Business Unit. The role acts as a liaison between clients and the technical team, identifying business needs, proposing solutions, and delivering value through innovation, excellence, and collaboration. Key Responsibilities

• Customer & Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with clients to understand business needs, lead requirement gathering sessions, and deliver clear documentation and insights.

• Business Growth: Identify opportunities for service enhancement and support pre-sales activities through analysis and solution recommendations.

• Process Improvement: Analyze operations, design better workflows, and lead improvement initiatives.

• People Development: Continuously develop your skills and contribute to mentoring peers and sharing knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Management, or related field

• At least 5 years of experience in business analysis (healthcare domain preferred)

• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in creating process models (BPMN/UML)

• Familiarity with SQL and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Excel, Data Studio)

• Experience in healthcare IT and regulatory environments is a plus
