• Helps the business implement technology solutions by determining the requirements of a change request or a project; and translates them into well-groomed user stories or business requirements document.
• Clearly communicates these user stories and business requirements document to all stakeholders, facilitators, partners and provide support all throughout the system development life cycle.

• 5 to 10 years experience as business analyst
• Experience in Insurance or other financial services
• Experience in developing instructional and procedural documentation and presentation
• Experience in agile tools and practices
• Experience in Salesforce platform is an advantage
