Business Area Controlling Analyst

About the job: Business Area Controlling Analyst (Taguig) | Hybrid

Location: BGC, Taguig

Work Setup: Hybrid (1x onsite)

Schedule: 6PM to 3AM

Responsibilities:

• BA reporting: Support monthly reporting of P&L, Balance Sheet, key figures, cash flow, price pull, and all other relevant financial KPIs with focus on data quality and compliance to IFRS and Group standards
  
• Business intelligence & insights: Reviews and analyses all BA-relevant KPIs (P&L, Balance Sheet Items) reflecting external and intercompany/cross-BA deliveries according to defined stakeholder needs
• Functional controlling: Supports the actual/forecast/budget reporting processes for BA IAM cost centers in US/CAN
• Governance: Ensures data analysis, relevant master data set-up, and maintenance in all relevant BA functions

Qualifications:

• At least 5+ years in controlling, cost accounting, or accounting (manufacturing preferred)
• University degree (Bachelor or above, with emphasis in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration).
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial standards (US GAAP / IFRS); hands-on experience in P&L and balance sheet analysis.
• Strong skills in data analytics, Power BI, SAP, and FIRE.
• Responsible for BA reporting, financial analysis, functional controlling, and governance activities to ensure accurate, high-quality financial data and insights for management.
• Support monthly P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, KPIs, and IFRS-compliant reporting.
