About the Role

Responsible for shaping individual and collective behaviours and driving accountability in compliance with a customer-minded culture of ethics and AIA's code of conduct

• Develop and embed conduct risk framework
• Partner with other functions, especially marketing, to deepen culture of customer-centricity to ensure AIA treats customers fairly
• Develop and maintain key policies such as code of conduct, whistle-blower protection policy, anti-fraud policy and conduct risk policy
• Partner with first line stakeholders to deliver compliance and ethics training and awareness activities
