Our Operations team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Ortigas as a Business Continuity Officer.

In this role, you will support the Bank's Business Continuity Management program by helping develop, implement, maintain, and strengthen strategies that ensure operational resilience and effective recovery from business disruptions. You will work closely with business units and IT teams to coordinate continuity planning activities, support governance requirements, and enhance the organization's preparedness for potential disruptions.

What the role will entail

• Conduct and consolidate risk assessments and business impact analyses from business units and IT teams to support the Bank's business continuity and resilience objectives.
• Facilitate business continuity training, awareness programs, and refresher sessions to strengthen organizational preparedness and response capabilities.
• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of business continuity tests, drills, exercises, and recovery readiness activities.
• Maintain and review documentation from critical external service providers, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment with continuity requirements.
• Assist in the execution and coordination of recovery plans during business disruptions to support timely restoration of critical operations.
• Contribute to the enhancement of the Business Continuity Management program by supporting updates to policies, methodologies, recovery strategies, plans, roles, and budgets.
• Collaborate closely with business units and IT teams to ensure timely submission of requirements, compliance with continuity standards, and effective program governance.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in either Business or any related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations, technology, business continuity, or a related role within the financial services industry.
• Knowledge of business continuity management, disaster recovery, crisis management, and operational resilience best practices.
• Experience in developing, implementing, or supporting processes and procedures for business disruption response and recovery.
• Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills, with exposure to regulatory, compliance, or government-related engagements.
