Job Description - Business Development Associate (Sales Enablement Team)

Join our Sales Enablement team as a Business Development Associate, where you’ll learn the sales process from the ground up while helping us turn potential leads into real opportunities.
You’ll connect with accounting firm decision-makers across New Zealand, Australia, the UK, and the US, re-engaging and qualifying leads already in our CRM. Your work will directly impact our meetings booked, pipeline growth, and overall business success.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls and emails to reach accounting firm decision-makers in NZ, AU, UK, and the US.
Qualify leads based on firm size, service needs, and readiness to engage.
Book meetings and demos for senior sales consultants.
Maintain accurate CRM records and update lead activity daily.
Follow up with event attendees, webinar registrants, and inbound inquiries.
Support campaign-based outreach initiatives alongside the marketing team.
Excellent English communication skills — written and verbal (non-negotiable).
Graduate or currently completing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Confident and articulate; comfortable initiating conversations and handling rejections.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision.
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.
Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service is beneficial but not required.
