Job Description - Business Development Manager

Rock-West is a rapidly expanding financial institution specializing in Forex and CFDs trading. Role Overview:

Your role:

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to meet company objectives
  • Analyze marketing trends and competitor activities to refine operational and marketing strategies
  • Monitor and assess the effectiveness of strategies, gathering local market insights to stay competitive
  • Handle administrative and developmental tasks to initiate and manage business operations
  • Represent the company in local industry forums, and organize training sessions, seminars, and webinars
  • Identify and pursue growth opportunities with clients to drive conversions
  • Prepare and present business performance and other relevant reports to management

Your Profile:

  • Established network within the Forex/ CFD trading industry
  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; strong computer skills are essential
  • Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals
  • Self-motivated with a strong ability to generate and expand business
  • Goal-oriented with a desire to learn and grow within the company
