Job Summary: The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying, developing, and securing growth opportunities within the water utilities sector, including bulk water supply, treatment, wastewater, distribution, and related infrastructure projects. The role leads project origination and development activities, from opportunity identification through commercial structuring and bid submission, while managing key stakeholders such as LGUs, water districts, regulators, and private sector partners. The position plays a critical role in expanding the companys water portfolio through sustainable, compliant, and bankable projects.

EDUCATION, TRAININGS, LICENSES REQUIRED
1. Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related discipline Masters degree (MBA or equivalent) is an advantage
2. 8–12 years of relevant experience in business development, project development, or commercial roles
3. Proven experience in water utilities, infrastructure, energy, or public-private partnership projects
4. Demonstrated exposure to LGUs, water districts, regulators, and government agencies
5. Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and related business tools
