The Business Development Manager is tasked to identify new HMO business opportunities in VisMin Region. They should also maintain and strengthen relationship w/ existing clients in the Region. Moreover, they are tasked tof unction focuses mainly on generating group sales of an annual quota. Lastly, the role entails helping in renewal persistency of accounts. Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Execute sales strategies and expand market presence in the Visayas Region 2. Track and report on Cebu KPI for business development activities
3. Assist in facilitating RSP's, PAF's and proposals needed by the MC in prospecting 4. Generate regular sales reports for Cebu
5. Ensure compliance to requirements for Cebu account
6. Lead and mentor the In-house Cebu Team (Sales and Aftersales) Minimum Job Requirements: Education : Graduate of any 4-year course preferably with sales experience; Bachelor’s degree in business, computer information systems or a related field, as well as previous work experience in sales, business development, customer service or management.
