The Business Development Director will lead the key growth projects of the Philippines to ensure the company’s sales strategies are achieved. To grow the business and work effectively with the sales, operations teams, and medical and security subject matter experts to ensure the highest quality and service is provided to prospects and clients. The Business Development Director will partner with and support the Country GM and Head of Sales to achieve and exceed Budgeted Revenue, Gross Profit, NEBITDA targets in the country.

Required Work Experience

• At least 9-10 years of relevant Asian market business development and sales management experience would be preferential.
• Successful business development and management track record, consultative selling within a complex industry, and selling solutions to a B2B environment.
• Experience working within a sales team and a strong regional solution selling background is highly desirable.
• Candidates must have banking and finance experience. A strong personality and solid background in lead generation as he/she will be on the lookout for possible clients.
• Must be an individual contributor but having people management is a plus as long as the candidates have fresh ideas on what industry to penetrate and know how to proactively obtain clients.
