Role: Business Development Manager
Salary’s budget: open (salary structure is 12 months base + 1-2 months bonus)
Your Mission:
Build TEMU’s local merchant network, forge strategic partnerships, and accelerate market dominance in your region.
Requirements:
✅ **Experience:**
- 8+ years in **e-commerce** (full-time, excluding internships/part-time) **OR** 3+ years in **logistics**.
- Proven track record in **business development/sales**.
🌍 **Local Expertise:**
- Permanent residency or citizenship in **Japan, Korea, or Philippines**.
- Deep roots in local business networks and communities.
🗣 **Language:** Fluency in local language + Chinese or English.
✨ **Traits:** High self-discipline, entrepreneurial mindset, and agility in fast-paced environments.
