Job Description - Business Development Manager/Executive
Formulate implementation plans for the company's business development strategy.
Identify market opportunities through existing and potential customers, channels, networks, etc. to effectively grow trading business.
Develop a strong product portfolio according to the company's strategy and pursue high growth.
Participate in decision-making meetings or business meetings for company development.
Interact frequently with department heads and care about the operational performance of each department.
Quantitative KPI management and high achievement.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must be a graduate of any college degree.
With at least fifteen (15) years of experience in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry with successful cases in creating strong and high growth in business.
With Key Account management experience.
With General Trade management experience.
With import/export management experience.
Demonstrate competency in strategic planning and business development.
Excellent goal management ability and team leadership performance.
