GSC is seeking a Business Development & Marketing Admin to join and support the growing and well-established firm of our client. The Business Development & Marketing Admin is essential support to the two teams, managing administrative tasks, coordinating initiatives, and ensuring the smooth execution of campaigns and projects of the client.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
• Experience with Salesforce & Microsoft Suite
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Results-driven mindset with expertise in problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented and capable of supporting multiple projects under short delivery timelines
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be willing to work in a hybrid arrangement and in a night shift schedule

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the marketing & BD teams to ensure deadlines are being met, internal requests are being followed up on, and overall project workflow is optimized
• Support the day-to-day operations of both the Business Development & Marketing teams
• Invoice & credit card reconciliation
• Salesforce data entry - adding in and updating data
• Support research for BD and Marketing teams
• ZoomInfo & Salesforce audience building
