Job Description - Business Development Officer / Sales Associates
JOB SUMMARY:To support the company in the delivery of core services and new projects to the existing and potential clients . To contribute to the planning, coordination, delivery and generation of new business for the company.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:1. To develop an effective working relationship with customers through regular meetings to identify and obtain further sales and business development opportunities.2. To apply company standards in preparing contracts, responding to customer needs and managing the sales process from opportunity identification to customer sign off.3. To regularly visit clients site to promote company’s product and services.4. To establish a strong customer relationship by providing accurate and timely information to customers regarding inquiries on products, price, issues and concerns.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: -College degree or equivalent work experience. At least one (1) year experience as Supervisor in Sales, Marketing or similar environment.-Preferably with Customs/Logistics background. -Good oral communication skills and capable of writing in clear and precise English. -Proficient in office productivity software like MS Word, Excel, Power Point, other Microsoft Windows software, and Open Office.
