Key Responsibilities
Conduct field visits to potential clients (gyms and fitness centers) within Region 8.
Present, promote, and sell the Gym Management System to meet monthly targets.
Prepare and deliver effective sales proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with gym owners and decision-makers.
Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
Provide timely reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market insights.
Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the fitness industry or related fields.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Waray, Bisaya, Filipino, and English.
Proficient in using email and creating sales proposals, presentations, and reports.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with fieldwork and client-facing interactions.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
