Job Description - Business Development - Rewards Data Intelligence

This role is responsible for the sales and revenue growth of the Rewards Data Intelligence (RDI) Practice in the Pilippines and the management of relationships with all clients; developing and building a sales culture to drive integrated product sales and sharing best practices for sales and marketing.

The Role

  • Focus on the sales and revenue growth of the Rewards DataIntelligence (RDI) Practice inthe Philippines in partnership with local RDI Practice Leader and Client Success Managers
  • Oversees activities to grow and maintain a robust and accurate sales pipeline that will attract new clients who operate in the Philippines in partnership with local leaders, and all regions.
  • Foster a collaborative environment to maintain excellent partnerships with the WTW Client Management Group and Work & Rewards advisory colleagues, particularly in our Work & Rewards line of business.
  • Collaborate withBusiness DevelopmentandClient Successassociatesto expand awareness of RDI capabilities and client groups to stimulate additional sales and integrated selling opportunities.
  • Understand target-market (including unique industry needs) to determine which strategies & intellectual capital can be used to attract new clients and foster revenue growth utilizing this strategy.
  • Lead or participate in meetings with prospects and clients, virtually and in-person when needed.
  • Act as an Account Manager for some current high-level, challenging, and more sophisticated GDA clients.Within assigned accounts, incumbent will be responsible for client satisfaction, retention of recurring revenue, and upselling opportunities for data & software
  • Initiate and support various Global Data Agreement marketing campaigns as needed.
  • Raise awareness and increase sales of our Analytics & Design feature set within Compensation Software.
  • Raise awareness and increase sales of our Custom Data Analytics capabilities
  • Deliver monthly progress report to thelocal RDI Practice Leader / local W&R Head and participate in regional activities as may be required

The Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree Holder for any Business related Course; HR related course as well
  • At least 5 years of experience in Project Management within a Consulting firm
  • Sales and Client Management - focused on client success manager role and Business acumen
  • Sales Leadership - Instills a sales discipline culture and ensure a consistent go-to-market strategy. Provide visible leadership of sales and marketing campaigns within and outside the practice (for cross-practice initiatives) to generate momentum and focus
  • Collaboration: Work with other RDI business development and growth leaders
  • Business Development - acquisition of new clients
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal communication
  • Has an experience in HR Consulting work is nice-to-have
  • Has an experience in Compensation is an advantage

Work Arrangement:

  • Hybrid work arrangement
  • Will report in the office between 8 AM or 9AM to 5PM or 6PM
