Business Development Specialist (Ortigas Pasig)

Information Professionals, Inc. is urgently in need of a
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT STAFF

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/College Degree of any four year business course
• Knowledge of products and services
• One year of relevant working experience required
• Skills in problem analysis and problem solving
• Excellent customer relations
• Proper handling of complaints and customer concerns
• High competence in computer technology
• CAN WORK ASAP

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Handles franchise application including preparation of Terms of Reference, Broker-On-Record (BOR) form, and relevant reports required to secure proposals from service providers.
• Assists in the preparation of comparative benefits reports, sales proposals, and other business development reports for renewal of corporate and individual accounts for HMO, life insurance, and non-life insurance plans.
• Encodes policy information to the IOM module of the Client Portal system.
• Ensures completeness and accuracy of all policy information data encoded to the Client Portal system
• Processes application for travel insurance and facilitates timely policy issuance.
• Assists in review of service agreements, schedule of benefits for new and renewed accounts.
• Supports the Office of the President for client-relations initiatives for Business Development.
• Assists in the preparation of Confirmation of Business letters for newly acquired and renewed accounts.
• Performs other tasks as deemed necessary by the Company
