As a Business Insights and Improvement Manager in our Communications function you’ll play a key role in helping to critically gather, analyse and present data to support insights-based decision making.
In this newly created position, you’ll collaborate closely with your colleagues in the Channels and Insights team, as well as with teams and individuals from other areas across the bank, to help drive, define and implement improvements and enhancements that will support the uplift of the employee digital experience.
The role involves identifying trends, forecasting improvement opportunities, and transforming raw data into meaningful information.

Role Location: MDC 100 Bldg., Eastwood Ave, Quezon City and/or Solaris One Bldg., Legaspi Village, Makati City
Role Type: Full-time, Permanent
Shift Schedule: Monday to Friday. Morning shift and will follow Melbourne hours.
