About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telemarketer to join our client’s team.

The ideal applicant will have a compelling personality, great communication skills, and a strong drive to meet and beyond lead generation goals.

The primary responsibility of this role is to generate high-quality leads for our sales team through proactive outbound calling and customer engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Outbound Calling: Outbound calls are made to potential clients, introducing the company's products or services, and identifying and qualifying sales leads based on predefined criteria.
• Lead Qualification: The task involves identifying and assessing potential sales opportunities, understanding client needs and expectations, and gathering relevant data from potential clients for the sales team.
• Data Management:  The role involves maintaining precise records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM system, updating and managing the lead database for data accuracy and follow-up actions.
• Follow-up: To keep prospects interested, the sales staff should be scheduled for follow-up appointments and calls in addition to sending follow-up emails and other correspondence.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with sales and marketing departments to optimize lead generation strategies, offer suggestions, and analyze data to enhance lead generation procedures and boost conversion rates.
• Performance Metrics: In addition to tracking and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) associated with lead generating operations, the objective is to continuously surpass weekly and monthly lead generation targets.

Qualifications & Required Skills

• Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• A minimum of 3 years’ work experience in telemarketing or related tasks is necessary, also being familiar with CRM software and lead generating.
• Must have worked for overseas clients, who has neutral accent to work in the Australian market.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Customer-focused, result-oriented, team player, adaptable, and detail-oriented, with a focus on achieving lead generation goals and ensuring accuracy in data entry and lead qualification processes.
