Do you want to help us build the DNA of tech.?  Siliconix Philippines, Inc. is currently seeking applicants for a Business Planning Section Manager.

Job Location: Binan, Laguna

What you will be doing:

• Excellent leadership skills to manage a team of at least 3 people managing high revenue and high margin devices with multi-die, multi-location, and multi-flow devices

• Well- versed in any Planning System managing Demand, Supply, Capacity, Constraint, Material and Inventory. Experience and knowledge with Kinaxis and/or Blue Yonder system is a huge advantage.

• Knowledge in SAP and Microsoft Excel is a must.

• Experience in the Semiconductor industry is a must.

• Can drive and collaborate across all functional teams to achieve the company's SCM objectives (Revenue, On-time Delivery, Inventory, Customer Satisfaction, etc.) of the assigned Product Line

• Collaborate with Product Marketing to understand customer forecast requirements

• Work with management in coordinating and planning production activities to improve runtime.

• Strong Customer focus and ability to work effectively with peers and stakeholders such as Wafer Planning, Factory, Engineering, Marketing, and Management to drive improvements

• Identify "red flags" and engage/collaborate with other Planning Teams and Departments for root cause analysis, recommend solutions to complex problems, and drive plan execution.

• Guide and assist Planners to perform critical tasks.

What will you bring along:

• Minimum 5 years experience in supply chain planning/execution in a highly technical semiconductor

• Minimum 2 years experience in a Managerial or Teamlead position

• Preferably with interface to Kinaxis and/or Blue Yonder systems

• Graduate of Bachelor's/ College Degree in Industrial Engineering or any related course to Supply Chain

• Experience in SAP ERP and SCM,  Business Objects, Promis or Equivalent and Advance Planning system

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills and well- developed leadership skills

• Analytical and data- driven ability

• Able to adapt and succeed in a fast- paced, challenging environment 

• Open to work in Binan, Laguna
