Job Title: Business Process Agent

Team: Support Operations

Location: Remote / Hybrid

Reports to: Shift Leads / Workforce Manager

Role Overview

We’re hiring Business Process Agents to handle manual operational workflows such as approvals, sorting, and uploads.

This role exists to offload operational work from the Support team, especially around Magic Suite approvals, so support can stay focused on customers.

You’ll work behind the scenes to keep processes moving smoothly, accurately, and on time.

Key Responsibilities



  • Execute manual processes including approvals, sorting, uploads, and checks



  • Follow defined workflows and SOPs with high accuracy



  • Flag issues, gaps, or unclear steps in existing processes



  • Suggest improvements to make processes faster or cleaner



  • Maintain clear records of work completed



  • Create and submit daily status reports summarizing tasks handled and progress made



  • Escalate edge cases or blockers when needed

Ability to follow defined workflows and complete manual tasks accurately and consistently.



  • Executing approvals, sorting, and uploads according to SOPs



  • Following steps without deviation or shortcuts



  • Maintaining consistent output quality

Ability to identify errors, missing information, or inconsistencies before work progresses.



  • Verifying required fields, files, and criteria



  • Catching mistakes prior to submission or approval



  • Maintaining accurate records



3. Operational Judgment & Curiosity

Ability to recognize unclear situations, ask questions, and escalate rather than make assumptions.



  • Identifying edge cases



  • Knowing when to pause vs proceed



  • Seeking clarification to prevent errors



4. Process Improvement Awareness

Ability to spot inefficiencies and suggest practical improvements based on hands-on experience.



  • Identifying bottlenecks or repetitive issues



  • Sharing improvement ideas with the manager



  • Supporting refinement of existing workflows



5. Work Documentation & Reporting

Ability to clearly summarize completed work and provide visibility into progress and blockers.



  • Creating daily status reports



  • Tracking task volume and completion



  • Communicating issues clearly and promptly
