Business Process Associate - Fresh Graduates

Job Responsibilities:• Ensure implementation of the internal audit program.• Execute monthly/quarterly operational audits.• Assist in the review of the internal audit program and contribute to process enhancements.• Assist in the annual ISO accreditation of the company.• Record and monitor progress of process reported and ensure that resolutions are completed accordingly.• Provide administrative and logistical support services to assist in business and operational functions.• Support in all audit activities, process enhancements, data management and analysis.Job Qualifications:• Must have a Bachelor's Degree in any Business Course.• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.• With atleast 2-year experience in a Business Process or Employee-facing role is preferred.• Skills: Strong Business acumen, advanced Excel skills, keen analytical abilities, high aptitude for problem solving and organizational skills, time management, with sharp and unyielding attention to details, knowledgeable in basic accounting concepts, strong and clear communication skills, strong drive for excellence.• Amenable to report in the office (Cubao, Quezon City from Mondays to Fridays)
