Responsible for working hand-in-hand with our technology partners on the following stages of the project: Business Requirements Study (BRS), Super User Training, User Acceptance Testing, End to End Testing, End User Training, Pre Go Live and Post Go Live Support. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
● Ensures customer satisfaction through timely and quality delivery of projects
● Be actively involved with the operational delivery (e.g. BRS, Super User Training, User Acceptance Testing, End to End Testing, End User Training, Pre Go Live and Post Go Live Support)
● Performs functional demo of the system and facilitate discussion of workflow and identification of gaps together with our technology partner (as is process in the system vs. desired process of the client)
● Work with our technology partner and client in documenting business requirements, test scripts and user guide
● Educate and train Super Users responsible for managing and operating business processes on the use of the installed system platforms
● Directly coordinate with vendors and monitor resolution of issues raised during testing to ensure that it is resolved within the agreed SLA
● Coordinates with Sales and other BU’s (Finance, MM, BSTA, SDCNI, PMO, etc.) for issues related to the realization of project implementation activities
● Conducts knowledge transfer to Customer Support and Managed Services Team at the end of the project implementation
● Assist the Customer Support and Managed Services Team in resolving application and system issues to ensure continuous availability
● Provides input for technical documentation in written form, including procedures/MOP, RCA or ICAR for incident reports and technical descriptions as part of knowledge database for new issues that may arise.
● Reports weekly on the tasks done and plan for the following week
● Performs other job-related duties and tasks as assigned MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION & BACKGROUND)
● Graduate of a 4 or 5-year course (Bachelor's degree in ECE, IE, COE, IT, Computer Science or relevant field) REQUIRED SKILLS
● Proficiency in the use of MS Office productivity tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)
● Communication and presentation skills
● Basic knowledge in the use of the Quality Management tools and systems
● Basic knowledge on the processes and operations of healthcare facilities (e.g. hospital, outpatient clinic, diagnostics center, etc.)
