As a Business Process Test Engineer Officer, you are responsible to bridge Business Analysis and IT quality assurance to validate and test the systems and workflows meet the business requirements and oversee a team of Business Process Test Engineers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Analyze and understand business processes, workflows and systems
• Design and execute test plans to validate that processes work correctly
• Develop test cases and scenarios based on business requirements
• Collaborate with Department's Business Analyst for User Acceptance Testing process
• Maintain detailed documentation of testing procedures and results
• Execute functional, End to End, Integration, Performance, Black box testing before endorsing to UAT
• Create standard process, policy and templates for Department and Transformation Projects
• Oversee a team of Business Process Test Engineers

Must-have Skills / Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
• At least 2 to 3 years of experience in software or process testing, business analysis, quality assurance or UAT support
• Experience with documenting test cases, test scripts, and process workflows

Advantageous Skills:

• Experience in Automation Testing such as End-to-End Testing, Integration Testing, Performance Testing and User Acceptance Testing
