As a Business Trainer and Assessor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality vocational education and training in the field of business management and leadership. This role involves assessing and supporting learners to achieve their qualifications across various levels, from Certificate III to Advanced Diploma in Leadership and Management.

Job Description:  Deliver Training: Plan, prepare, and deliver training sessions in accordance with the curriculum and training plans approved by the organization. Assessment: Conduct assessments to evaluate learners' competence against national training package requirements, providing constructive feedback and guidance as needed. Curriculum Development: Contribute to the development and review of training materials and resources to ensure they are current, relevant, and engaging. Learner Support: Provide mentoring and support to learners to facilitate their learning journey and achievement of qualifications. Compliance: Ensure compliance with all regulatory and organizational standards in training delivery and assessment practices.
​ Professional Development: Maintain and enhance your own professional knowledge and skills in business management, leadership, and vocational education and training.

Requirements

- Vocational competencies at least to the level being delivered and assessed - Current industry skills directly relevant to the training and assessment being provided - Current knowledge and skills in vocational training and learning that informs their training and assessment. - Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or upgraded equivalent), - Relevant vocational qualifications
