About the role:

• You collaborate with internal stakeholders to analyze business processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategic changes.
• You will conduct assessments, develop recommendations, and facilitate organizational change.
• Your analytical skills will be used, You will also do some project management, and you will also work with diverse stakeholders.

Our Ideal Candidate must have the following:

• Expertise in Data Analysis tools
• Expertise in Data Visualization tools
• Background in Process Mapping
• Background in Processing Engineering
• Six Sigma Trained (Certification Not Required)
• Okay with being an individual contributor
• At least 5 years of experience in business transformation/process improvement or excellence/continuous improvement in a consulting, RPO, BPO or Shared Services setup
• Bachelor's Degree of any discipline
• Must be willing to work in a fixed night shift schedule
• Must be flexible in terms of work arrangements (On Site, Home or Hybrid)
